The scope, plainly.

Building new is a different animal from remodeling. The schedule is longer, the coordination heavier, and the decisions earlier. We bring a clear, weekly cadence: a master schedule everyone works from, a fixed list of allowances, and weekly owner meetings to keep selections ahead of the build. We work with your architect or recommend one of several we've collaborated with for years. Most of our new builds are completed in nine to fourteen months from groundbreaking, depending on size, lot conditions, and finish complexity.

Four phases, one crew.

  1. № 01

    Pre-construction

    Permit review, value engineering, and a master schedule before mobilization.

  2. № 02

    Site + foundation

    Excavation, drainage, foundation, and a clean utility tie-in.

  3. № 03

    Vertical

    Framing, weather barrier, MEP rough-in, and exterior cladding.

  4. № 04

    Finish

    Trim, cabinetry, stone, tile, paint, fixtures, and final inspections.
