Whole-Home Renovations
When the house is good but the inside needs to start over.
The scope, plainly.
A whole-home renovation is a months-long commitment that touches every system in the house. The right time to do one is rarely obvious — usually it's a combination of failing systems, an aging kitchen, and a layout that no longer fits how a family lives. We approach these projects with a clean pre-construction phase: a documented existing-conditions survey, a master schedule, and a fixed allowance package. From there, the work is methodical — demo, MEP, envelope, drywall, finish, and a careful closeout.
